Volunteers Needed for Math and Literacy Tutoring with Gigi's Playhouse

Description
Gigi's Playhouse is looking for FGCU students who would be interested in math and/or literacy tutoring. This opportunity will begin on January 27th, 2025 and continue every week until May 3rd, 2025. Participants will meet with a tutor once per week, for 14 weeks. Participants are matched to tutors' depending on availability (Monday through Sunday). Tutor training will be the week of January 20th, 2025 for 3 hours. In addition, each tutor will complete a 1-hour GiGi's Playhouse virtual orientation and background check.
Our tutors are also welcome to volunteer in any of our other programs (Cooking, Fitness, Art, Teen Tastic, Birth to 3 yrs, Fantastic Friends-Adults).
