Volunteer Event Planners Needed For Senior Prom with the Housing Authority City of Fort Myers

Housing Authority City of Fort Myers is looking for FGCU students who may be interested in assisting them with organizing and planning their annual senior prom. They are looking for assistance in the following areas:

- Donations

- Event Fundraising 

- Event Setup

- Event Breakdown 

 

Date & Time: They are looking for support prior to event day, but the Prom will take place on August 21st, from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Students are expected to stay the entirety of the event. Food and beverages will be provided.
