The ABC's of Conflict Management

Arguing with a roommate? Disagreeing during a group project? Conflict is inevitable but it does not have to end with winners and losers. Learning how to address and resolve conflict can help students recognize the importance of constructive conflict and build their conflict resolution skills. Students will learn to navigate the Five Styles of Conflict Management and learn essential skills to navigate conflict in a healthy way.
