Exploring Culturally Responsive Leadership

SHRM Club is excited to present Dr. Angela Pruitt as our next guest speaker. In her presentation she will demonstrate how culturally responsive leadership creates inclusive organizational structures that empower staff from diverse racial and ethnic communities.

ABOUT ANGELA: Angela is the President-elect of SHRM Southwest Florida and worked thirty-one years with the School District of Lee County. The last eight years of which she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Negotiator. She holds many certifications, including SHRM-SCP, IPMA-SCP, Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certification.
