Volunteers Needed for Butterfly Day with Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens

Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens is in need of FGCU students to assist with Butterfly Day on Saturday, Sept. 16th from 8:30am-12:30pm. This annual event is a celebration of all things butterflies with a butterfly release, crafts, games, book readings, bounce houses, and more. Volunteers will help with traffic flow, cross walk, craft table, monitoring the bounce house and yard games, book reading to children, and as garden ambassadors. The mission of Peace River is to provide a natural setting along showcasing world-class sculptures and spectacular botanicals to inspire creativity throughout the community.
