The Department of Campus Life at FGCU is here to help students get involved in activities and communities outside of the classroom, as well as act as student advocates and assist students in crisis management when appropriate. Our goal is to enrich the overall quality of student life, while expanding viewpoints and understanding of the world we live in through education and involvement.

 

We support the academic mission of the University by facilitating personal, academic, civic, social, spiritual and professional development in our students. We also cultivate a caring and supportive campus environment while preparing students for leadership in a dynamic, multicultural society. Staff in the Dean’s office assists in establishing standards of conduct as well as disseminating and enforcing University rules, regulations, and policies.
